FULL DAY WORKSHOPS
YOUR BODY IS A METAPHOR FOR YOUR LIFE
Come to your body as a teacher. Explore the body/mind/spirit connection. Deepen your relationship with yourself. During this body-oriented, personal growth workshop, you’ll be guided to explore the sensations present in your body and listen to what they can tell you about the issues present in your life. Through focused awareness, a body scan, the edge and an assisted yoga partner exchange, you’ll identify fears and negative beliefs, discover how to move beyond self-imposed limitations, and make space for greater clarity, honesty and aliveness. Spend a day with yourself and get a clearer perspective on your relationship with yourself, others and life around you. For anyone who is interested in continuing the journey into themselves.
OPEN YOUR HEART TO THE LIGHT WITHIN
A Yoga and Guided Journey Workshop. ‘Tis the season of Hanukkah and Chri stmas when the light returns into the world after the darkness of Winter. Through yoga postures, a heart chakra meditation, and a guided heart journey, you will be invited to uncover the darkness within and let the Light of Love shine in you.
ENDINGS & BEGINNINGS
Celebrate Yourself as you Ring in the New Year. A Yoga and Chakra Meditation Workshop. What are the basic beliefs you hold about yourself? How old were you when you formed them? Through yoga postures, a first chakra meditation, and a guided inner child dialogue you will be led to identify old beliefs about yourself that may be holding you back in life and to create new ones based on who you really are that will support you in being all you can be in 2000. Through a ritual, you will be invited to let go of the old and take in the new.
HONOR THE PAST AND CELEBRATE THE NEW
A Yoga and Meditation Retreat on New Year’s Day. Spend time with yourself in your body through simple yoga postures designed to take you into the bliss of your own being. Come to your body as a teacher about the challenges you faced, and the insights and awarenesses you gained during the past year. Open up to the Wisdom of your Divine Heart through meditation and listen to its guidance about how you’d like to be with yourself and in life during the coming year. Give yourself the gift of YourSelf on New Year’s Day.
EXPLORING YOURSELF IN RELATIONSHIPS YOU FIND DIFFICULT
Free yourself from the knot that binds you and come into a new relationship. During this experiential, body-oriented, personal growth workshop, you’ll learn to recognize your body’s stress signals and discover how and why you always seem to react to the “Difficult People.” Through yoga postures, an assisted yoga partner exchange, partner sharing, and a guided dialogue with your inner child, you’ll clarify your thoughts and feelings about the “Difficult People” in your life, identify the fears and beliefs that keep you hooked into this person, and, be encouraged to create the beliefs that will support you in letting go of the “Difficult People” and living out Who You Really Are.
AWAKENING & REBIRTH
Awaken Your Inner Passions & Desires. Connect with Your Innate Gifts & Talents. During this body-oriented, personal growth, experiential workshop, you will be invited to awaken your inner passions and desires and to identify childhood fears and beliefs that keep you from living out your innate gifts and talents. Through yoga postures, a meditation on the 2nd chakra, a guided dialogue with your inner child, partner sharing and a ritual you will be encouraged to let go of old beliefs and give birth to beliefs that support you in being Who You Really Are.
A MIDSUMMER’S DAY FROLIC
Delve into summer fun and play. Identify what gets in the way of letting go into summer fun through playful partnering postures, reflective questions, partner sharing, and, a supported partner posture exchange. Get in touch with your Inner Wisdom through an Integrative Meditation and listen to its guidance about enjoying the frolic of the second half of the summer.
MANIFESTING YOUR INNER POWER IN YOUR DAILY LIFE
Empower Yourself.Explore your personal power and will, awakening to the energy of transformation within you through yoga postures, a meditation on the 3rd chakra, partner sharing, and a supported yoga posture partner exchange. Identify and let go of any childhood fears and beliefs that prevent you from living from your center of power – being powerful, acting powerfully, standing up for yourself, etc. – during a guided dialogue with your inner child. Discover Your Fire Energy through an integrative meditation, giving birth to the beliefs that will support you in confidently directing your energy toward that which you love, that which ignites you, challenges you and renews you.
TREAT YOURSELF FOR VALENTINE’S DAY
Play with Old Friends AND/OR Meet New Ones. Come play with your partner, a friend, or an acquaintance you meet in the class. Through simple, easy, fun partnering yoga postures, you’ll explore yourself in relationship to another person. Come by yourself, and, we’ll find a partner for you.
HARVESTING THE TREASURES OF YOUR SOUL
Let the energy of Fall draw you inward to connect with your inner soul qualities through a silent walk and meditation. Explore the unique aspects of you that emerge in fall through yoga postures and a supported posture exchange, identifying the fears and beliefs that get in your way. Harvest the treasures of your soul during an integrative meditation.

Tune In to Your Body’s Wisdom
Listen to your body’s wisdom through a body scan and partner sharing. By focusing your awareness on each part of your body and spending a little time noticing what’s happening in each part, you can learn to let your body tell you how you’re really responding to events in your life, and. then make conscious choices about how you want to be in life.
Stress Reducer and Back Saver in Half an Hour
Stay in touch with yourself through your body and keep your back flexible and strong with 4 simple, easy postures that start at the tailbone and work up the back. Within 30 minutes you’ll shed stress and feel invigorated and refreshed.
